Today, as we concern ourselves with an extraordinary coronavirus, there is a formidable question; When 90% of the decision-makers believe that they are well qualified, could there be something equally commendable about the remaining 10% ?
Perhaps it is better in Canada, but here the relation between knowledge and position is often staggering. If you have been very naughty as boss of the internal revenue you are kicked out and become boss of aviation ministry. Just an example. The majority think that when they studied law they are 100%OK for any job, no they aren't.......
